不具合、改善・要望、使い方に関する質問は、アプリの「設定」>「お問い合わせ」から送信できます。
アプリ版、OS、端末種別、言語・地域設定 は、内容を確認したうえで任意に添付できます。曲名、原譜、編曲結果、ライブラリ内容、project ID、ログは自動添付されません。
MusicXML、MXL、XMLと、PPQタイミングを使用するSMF Type 0/1のMIDIファイルに対応しています。SMF Type 2とSMPTEタイミングには対応していません。ファイルの拡張子だけでなく内容も確認するため、対応する拡張子でも破損や未対応形式によって読み込めない場合があります。
iCloud Drive や他社ファイルプロバイダ上のファイルは、ダウンロード、認証、復号が完了していない場合があります。ファイル App で一度開く、必要なパスワードを入力する、端末内へコピーする等を行ってから再度お試しください。
改善しない場合は、ファイルそのものを添付せず、表示されたエラーと発生した操作をお問い合わせへ記載してください。原譜の提供が必要な調査では、送付範囲と権利を確認したうえで個別にご案内します。
音数、パート数、曲の長さによっては数分かかります。編曲中はアプリを終了せず、そのままお待ちください。キャンセルした場合、不完全な楽曲はライブラリへ保存されません。
一般楽器向けの楽譜を17キーC調カリンバへ収めるため、移調、オクターブ変更、和音の削減、伴奏の省略が必要になる場合があります。読み込み時に一台のカリンバ向けの編曲かStudioアンサンブルかを選びます。Studioでは楽曲に応じて旋律、和声、低音、補助のパートへ分けます。契約中でも一台向けの編曲を選べます。
明らかに旋律が途切れる、外れた音に聞こえる、演奏が難しすぎる場合は、曲名だけでなく、問題が始まるおおよその時刻と「旋律」「和音」「弾きやすさ」のどれが問題かをお問い合わせへ記載してください。権利のない原譜は添付しないでください。
「設定」または演奏画面の設定から、ピアノ、シンセ、GMカリンバ、花本カリンバを選択できます。Kalimo Studioでは契約中に追加30音源を取得・選択できます。自動演奏とメトロノームは個別に切り替えられます。速度を変更しても、ガイド音自体の音程は変わりません。
最大8つのC17パートを重ね、パートごとに演奏、編集、録音、ミックスできます。無料のStudioデモは保存されません。Studioの作成、分割、録音、高度な楽譜・音声書き出し、追加音源には有効な月額または年額契約が必要です。
契約が終了しても既存のStudio曲は削除されません。閲覧と再生、削除、マルチパートMIDIの書き出しを利用できます。再生には、その曲で使用した音源が端末内に正常に保持されている必要があります。
無料状態では3つの保存ワークスペースを利用できます。すでに保存した曲が上限を超えていても、自動削除はされません。有効なStudio契約中は、一台向けの編曲を含めてこの上限は適用されません。端末容量と楽曲サイズの制限はあります。上限に達した場合は既存曲の整理かStudioの利用をご検討ください。
「演奏」では、上から流れるノーツが下側のキーへ届く位置で打鍵します。速度を下げ、先読みの長さを調整して練習できます。画面のキーやMIDI入力でノーツに合わせて進む練習もできます。実物のカリンバの音をマイクで判定する機能はありません。自由演奏は曲のノーツに合わせず演奏する画面で、録音にはStudioが必要です。
曲を再生し、対象パートをソロにしてから音量・左右・音色・残響を調整してください。左右の違いはステレオのイヤホンやヘッドホンで確認しやすくなります。各調整は数値表示付きのコントロールで行えます。
ノーツ配色は1〜5色の用意された組み合わせから選べます。iOS の「カラー以外で区別」を有効にすると、塗り、輪郭、幅も使って打鍵グループを区別します。数字、音名、両方、非表示も選択できます。
読み込み時に本アプリが保持した元の MusicXML、MXL、XML、MIDI のコピーを書き出します。カリンバ用に編曲した楽譜を書き出す機能ではありません。
曲を削除すると、本アプリが保持する原譜コピー、編曲、楽曲情報も端末内から削除されます。コレクションだけを削除した場合、曲は削除されず「未整理」へ戻ります。
原譜、編曲、録音、曲名、ライブラリ、演奏設定は開発者のサーバーへ自動送信されません。Studioの購入確認と追加音源の取得には通信しますが、楽曲データは送信しません。お問い合わせを送る場合だけ、ユーザーが入力した本文と、含めることを選んだ端末情報がメールで送信されます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
Kalimo は iOS 18 以降のiPhoneとiPadに対応します。iPhoneは横画面で使用します。iPadは横画面に最適化し、縦画面とウインドウサイズ変更にも対応します。MacとAndroidは現在の対応対象ではありません。
新しい空の譜面には音符を入力し、保存が終わってから書き出してください。「演奏上の注意」やエラーが出る場合は、表示された箇所を確認してください。Studio向けの楽譜・音声書き出しには有効な契約が必要です。原譜の書き出しは、読み込み元がある曲で利用できます。
購入時と同じApple AccountをApp Storeで使用していることと通信状態を確認し、アプリの「設定」>「Kalimo Studio」から「再読み込み」または「購入を復元」をお試しください。確認できない状態でも、曲を削除したりアプリを再インストールしたりする前にお問い合わせください。
アプリの「サブスクリプションを管理」、または端末の「設定」>自分の名前>「サブスクリプション」から管理できます。アプリを削除するだけでは解約されません。無料トライアル後の課金を避ける場合は、終了の24時間以上前に解約してください。
契約や返金の可否・時期はAppleの条件に従います。利用規約もご確認ください。
必要ありません。正常に取得した音源を、カタログの日付が変わったという理由だけで再取得する必要はありません。新しい音源の取得と利用権限の確認には通信が必要です。契約終了後の既存曲の再生には、その曲で使った音源が端末内に残っている必要があります。音源を失った場合やアプリを再インストールした場合の再取得には、有効な契約と配信サービスの利用可能性が必要です。
本アプリ独自の端末間同期はありません。書き出したMIDI・楽譜・音声はファイル AppやAirDrop等で移せますが、編集履歴やミックス設定まで戻せる完全なプロジェクトバックアップではありません。アプリを削除する前に、必要な原譜と書き出しファイルを保管してください。
日本語と英語に対応し、端末で優先する対応言語またはアプリごとの言語設定に従います。対応言語が選ばれていない場合は英語を使用します。国や地域の設定だけで日本語に固定されることはありません。iOSの「設定」からKalimoの言語設定を変更できる場合があります。

You can review and optionally include your app version, OS version, device type, and language and region settings. Song titles, source scores, arrangements, library contents, project IDs, and logs are not automatically attached.
Kalimo supports MusicXML, MXL, XML, and SMF Type 0/1 MIDI with PPQ timing. SMF Type 2 and SMPTE timing are not supported. File contents are checked as well as the extension, so a damaged file or unsupported content may still prevent import.
Files in iCloud Drive or another provider may need downloading, authentication, or decryption first. Open the file in Files, enter any required password, or copy it onto your device, then try again.
If the problem continues, contact us with the displayed error and the steps that led to it, without attaching the score. If a score is needed for investigation, we will discuss the necessary scope and permissions separately.
Some scores take several minutes depending on the number of notes, parts, and overall length. Keep the app open while it works. Canceling does not add an incomplete song to your library.
Fitting a general score to a standard 17-key C kalimba may require transposition, octave changes, fewer simultaneous notes, or reduced accompaniment. At import, choose a solo kalimba arrangement or Studio Ensemble. Studio can separate melody, harmony, bass, and support parts when the source supports it. Subscribers can still choose a solo arrangement.
If the melody breaks unexpectedly, pitches sound wrong, or a passage is too difficult, include the approximate time and whether the problem concerns melody, chords, or playability when contacting us. Do not attach scores you lack permission to share.
Settings and playback settings offer piano, synth, GM kalimba, and Hanamoto kalimba. An active Studio subscription adds 30 downloadable instruments. Automatic playback and the metronome can be switched independently. Changing playback speed does not change the guide sound’s pitch.
Layer up to eight C17 parts and perform, edit, record, and mix them. The free Studio demo is not saved. Studio creation, splitting, recording, advanced score and audio exports, and additional instruments require an active monthly or annual subscription.
Existing Studio songs are not deleted when access expires. Viewing, playback, deletion, and multipart MIDI export remain available. Playback requires that the instruments used by the song remain intact on your device.
Free access includes three saved workspaces. Existing songs are not automatically deleted if their count exceeds that limit. An active Studio subscription removes this limit, including for solo arrangements. Device capacity and supported song-size limits still apply. Delete songs you no longer need or use Studio to make room for new songs.
Play when falling notes reach the keys at the bottom of the screen. Reduce speed or adjust look-ahead to practice. You can also practice by matching notes with the on-screen keys or MIDI input. The app does not judge a physical kalimba through the microphone. Free performance lets you play without following a song; recording requires Studio.
Play the song, solo the relevant part, and adjust its level, pan, tone, or reverb. Stereo headphones make left/right changes easier to hear. The controls also show numeric values.
Choose a preset palette with one to five colors. With iOS Differentiate Without Color enabled, fill, outlines, and width also distinguish attack groups. Key labels can show numbers, pitch names, both, or neither.
It exports the MusicXML, MXL, XML, or MIDI copy retained when the song was imported. It does not export the kalimba arrangement.
Deleting a song also removes its app-owned source copy, arrangement, and song information. Deleting only a collection keeps the songs and moves them to Unfiled.
Source scores, arrangements, recordings, titles, library contents, and preferences are not automatically sent to a developer server. Studio purchase verification and instrument downloads use network connections without sending your music. Support email sends the message you enter and the device information you choose to include. See the Privacy Policy.
Kalimo supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. iPhone uses landscape orientation. iPad is optimized for landscape and also supports portrait and window resizing. Mac and Android are not currently supported.
Add notes to a new empty score and wait for saving to finish before exporting. If Performance issue or an error identifies a passage, review it. Studio score and audio exports require active access. Export Original Score is available for songs with an imported source file.
Check your connection and that the App Store uses the same Apple Account used for purchase. Open Settings > Kalimo Studio and try Reload or Restore Purchases. If access still cannot be confirmed, contact support before deleting songs or reinstalling the app.
Use Manage Subscription in the app, or open device Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. To avoid charges after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

No. An intact downloaded instrument does not need to be downloaded again just because the catalog date changes. New downloads and access verification require a connection. After subscription expiry, an existing song needs its instruments to remain on your device for playback. Downloading missing instruments again, including after reinstalling the app, requires active access and an available delivery service.
Kalimo does not provide its own device-to-device synchronization. You can move exported MIDI, score, and audio files with Files, AirDrop, or another provider, but these are not complete project backups that restore edit history and mix settings. Keep important source scores and exports before deleting the app.
Kalimo supports Japanese and English. It follows your preferred supported language or the per-app language setting. English is used when none of your preferred languages is supported. Your country or region alone does not force Japanese. Where available, change Kalimo’s app language in iOS Settings.
