本プライバシーポリシーは、qursor（以下「開発者」）が提供するKalimo（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 本アプリが取り扱う情報
本アプリは、カリンバ用の編曲、演奏、音楽制作機能を提供するため、以下の情報を端末内で取り扱います。
- 読み込んだ楽譜: ユーザーが選択した MusicXML、MXL、XML、MIDI ファイルのアプリ所有コピー。
- 編曲データ: カリンバ用に生成したノーツ、演奏タイミング、運指・演奏アクション、変換来歴。
- Studioデータ: ユーザーが作成・編集・録音したパート、MIDI入力、ミックス設定、書き出し前の音声データ。
- 楽曲情報: 曲名、作曲者、原ファイル名、入力形式、読み込み日時。
- ライブラリ情報: コレクション、並び順、最後に開いた日時。
- レビュー依頼のための記録: 一定時間以上の練習を終えた回数、利用した日、レビュー依頼を試みたアプリ版と日時。端末内だけに保存し、曲名、楽譜、演奏位置は含めません。
- 演奏設定: ノーツ配色、キーラベル、再生速度、先読み、自動演奏、音色、メトロノーム等の設定。
これらは本アプリの機能提供のために端末内へ保存されます。開発者のサーバーへ自動送信されません。
2. 収集しない情報
本アプリは、アカウント登録、広告、行動分析、トラッキングを行いません。端末の位置情報、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、ヘルスケア情報へのアクセスを要求しません。録音機能は画面カリンバやMIDI入力の演奏を記録し、マイクで周囲の音を収録するものではありません。Bluetoothイヤホン等への音声出力はOSを通じて行います。
読み込んだ原譜、編曲結果、録音、曲名、作曲者、ライブラリ、演奏履歴、設定を、開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。これらを広告、プロファイリング、第三者への販売に利用しません。
3. 外部との通信
本アプリの通常の編曲・保存・再生は端末内で行われます。以下の機能では外部と通信します。購入状態や追加音源カタログの確認は、アプリの起動・復帰時や状態の更新時にも行うことがあります。
- お問い合わせ: ユーザーが送信を選ぶと、iOS のメール作成画面または既定のメールアプリを開きます。本文と、ユーザーが含めることを選んだアプリ版、OS、端末種別、言語・地域設定 がメール送信先へ渡されます。曲名、原譜、編曲結果、project ID、ライブラリ内容、ログは自動添付されません。
- 購入と契約管理: Kalimo Studioの購入、復元、契約状態の確認にはAppleのStoreKitを使用します。決済情報はAppleが取り扱い、本アプリはAppleが検証した商品、契約期間、共有・失効等の状態だけを機能の許可判定に使用します。これらを楽曲、録音、ライブラリと結び付けて開発者のサーバーへ保存しません。
- 追加音源: Kalimo Studioの追加音源を取得する場合、Apple署名付きの購入・更新証明をCloudflareを利用した開発者の配信サービスへ送り、契約状態を検証して音源ファイルを取得します。配信プログラムは、証明そのものや取引IDをログまたはデータベースへ保存しません。取得用トークンは対象音源と最長5分の有効期間を持ち、短時間の回数制限には証明またはトークンから生成したハッシュ値を使用します。利用者ごとのダウンロード履歴を保存するデータベースはありません。リクエストに曲名、原譜、編曲、録音、project ID、ライブラリ内容は含めません。
- 配信の通信情報・診断: 通信を成立させ、安全性と稼働状況を確認するため、CloudflareはIPアドレス等の通信情報を取り扱います。配信プログラムの診断記録は処理の種類と応答コードに限定します。これとは別に、配信基盤のWorkers Logsにはリクエスト先、応答、処理時刻等の通信メタデータが保存されます。Workers Logsの保存期間は利用プランに応じて3日または7日です。これらを楽譜の分析や広告目的には使用しません。
- MIDI入力: 接続したMIDI機器や、OSに設定されたMIDI接続先から演奏情報を受信し、端末内の演奏・録音に使用します。ネットワークMIDIを使用する場合の接続はOSの設定に従います。受信した演奏情報を、開発者の音源配信サービスへ送信しません。
- レビュー: 条件を満たした練習後に、Appleの標準機能を用いて評価・レビューをお願いすることがあります。投稿内容はAppleが取り扱い、開発者がアプリ内で評価内容を収集することはありません。
- 法務ページ: プライバシーポリシーまたは利用規約を選ぶと、設定された HTTPS ページをブラウザで開きます。
- ファイルの読み込み・書き出し: iOS のファイル選択・保存画面を使用します。iCloud Drive 等を選択した場合の通信と保存は、ユーザーが選んだファイルプロバイダの取り扱いに従います。
- Apple の診断: ユーザーが Apple との解析情報共有を有効にしている場合、Apple からクラッシュ情報や診断情報が開発者へ提供されることがあります。提供範囲は Apple の設定とプライバシーポリシーに従います。
4. お問い合わせ情報
お問い合わせメールを送信した場合、送信元メールアドレス、本文、任意の端末情報を、回答と問題解決のために利用します。法令上の保存義務がある場合または継続対応に必要な場合を除き、対応完了後に不要となった情報は削除します。
お問い合わせ内容を、広告や楽曲分析には利用しません。法令に基づく開示が必要な場合を除き、第三者へ販売または不必要に提供しません。
5. 第三者のソフトウェアと音源
本アプリは、ZIPFoundation、Fluid R3音源、花本Projectのカリンバ音源、VCSLおよびVSCO 2 Community Editionの音源を使用します。これらは端末内でファイル処理と音声再生に使用され、利用者情報を収集または送信するサービスではありません。各ライセンスはアプリ内の「設定」>「ライセンス」で確認できます。
6. 保存と安全性
楽譜、編曲、ライブラリ情報はアプリのコンテナ内へ保存します。外部の原ファイルは変更しません。プロジェクト保存では、破損や途中書き込みを避けるため、検証済みのファイルをアプリ内で置換する方式を使用します。
本アプリ独自の端末間クラウド同期は提供しません。端末の設定によっては、アプリデータがOSのバックアップへ含まれることがあります。端末、iOS、バックアップ先、ファイルプロバイダの安全性は、それぞれの提供者とユーザーの設定にも依存します。重要な原譜は、ユーザー自身でも安全な場所へ保管してください。
7. データの削除
- 曲を削除すると、その曲について本アプリが保持する原譜コピー、編曲、録音、楽曲情報を端末内から削除します。
- コレクションを削除しても、所属していた曲は削除されず「未整理」へ戻ります。
- 本アプリをアンインストールすると、通常は本アプリの端末内データも削除されます。ユーザーがファイル App、iCloud Drive、AirDrop 等へ書き出したファイルは削除されません。
本アプリはアカウントを作成せず、開発者サーバーにライブラリを保存しないため、サーバー上のアカウント削除手続きはありません。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集する機能を提供しません。ユーザー生成コンテンツの公開、チャット、広告、外部楽曲カタログはありません。追加音源のカタログは楽器の音色を提供するものです。ただし、読み込む楽譜の内容と利用権限はユーザーまたは保護者が管理してください。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
機能、法令、配布条件の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、アプリ内または配布ページで案内します。

This Privacy Policy explains how qursor (the “developer”) handles information in Kalimo (the “app”).
1. Information handled on your device
Kalimo processes the following information on your device to provide kalimba arrangement, practice, performance, and music creation:
- Imported scores: App-owned copies of the MusicXML, MXL, XML, and MIDI files you select.
- Arrangements: Notes, musical timing, thumb assignments, performance actions, and conversion history.
- Studio data: Parts you create, edit, or record; MIDI input; mix settings; and audio prepared for export.
- Song information: Titles, composers, source filenames, formats, and import dates.
- Library information: Collections, ordering, and dates last opened.
- Review-request records: Counts of qualifying practice sessions, days of use, and the app version and date of a review request. These records stay on your device and do not include song titles, scores, or playback positions.
- Preferences: Note colors, key labels, playback speed, look-ahead, automatic playback, instruments, and metronome settings.
This information is stored on your device to provide the app’s features. It is not automatically uploaded to a developer server.
2. Information the app does not collect
Kalimo does not require an app account or use advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking. It does not request access to your device’s location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health information. Recording captures performances from the on-screen kalimba or MIDI input; it does not record your surroundings through a microphone. Audio output to Bluetooth headphones and other devices is managed by the operating system.
Source scores, arrangements, recordings, song titles, composers, library contents, performance history, and preferences are not sent to a developer server. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
3. External connections
Ordinary arrangement, saving, and playback take place on your device. The features below may communicate externally. Purchase status and the additional-instrument catalog may also be checked at launch, when the app returns to the foreground, or when their state is refreshed.
- Support: If you choose to contact us, the app opens the system mail composer or your default mail app. Your message and any app version, OS version, device type, or language and region settings that you choose to include are sent to the support address. Song titles, scores, arrangements, project IDs, library contents, and logs are not automatically attached.
- Purchases and subscription management: Apple StoreKit handles purchases, restoration, and subscription-status checks. Apple handles payment details. The app uses verified product, subscription-period, sharing, and expiry information to determine access. The developer does not store this information on a server linked to your songs, recordings, or library.
- Additional instruments: To download Studio instruments, the app sends Apple-signed purchase and renewal evidence to the developer’s Cloudflare-based delivery service. The service verifies subscription access and provides the instrument files. The delivery program does not store the evidence itself or transaction IDs in logs or a database. Download tokens are limited to the requested instrument and a maximum of five minutes. Short-term rate limits use hashes derived from evidence or tokens. There is no database of individual users’ download histories. Requests do not contain song titles, scores, arrangements, recordings, project IDs, or library contents.
- Delivery connection information and diagnostics: Cloudflare processes connection information, such as IP addresses, to handle requests and support security and availability. The delivery program’s own diagnostic messages contain only the operation category and response code. Separately, Workers Logs stores connection metadata such as request destinations, responses, and processing times. Workers Logs retention is three or seven days depending on the service plan. These records are not used to analyze scores or for advertising.
- MIDI input: The app receives performance information from connected MIDI devices or MIDI connections configured in the operating system, and uses it for local performance and recording. Network MIDI connections follow the operating system’s settings. Received performance information is not sent to the developer’s instrument-delivery service.
- Reviews: The app may ask for a rating or review through Apple’s standard review feature after qualifying practice. Apple handles submitted reviews; the developer does not collect ratings inside the app.
- Legal pages: Privacy Policy and Terms of Use links open their HTTPS pages in a browser.
- Import and export: The app uses the system file picker and save interface. If you choose iCloud Drive or another file provider, that provider handles the associated storage and communication under its own terms.
- Apple diagnostics: If you enable analytics sharing with Apple, Apple may provide crash reports or diagnostic information to the developer. Apple’s settings and privacy policy determine what is shared.
4. Support information
When you send a support email, we use your email address, message, and optional device information to respond and resolve the issue. Information is deleted when no longer needed after the support request is resolved, except where retention is required by law or necessary for continuing support.
Support information is not used for advertising or score analysis. We do not sell it or disclose it unnecessarily to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
5. Third-party software and instruments
Kalimo uses ZIPFoundation, Fluid R3 instruments, Hanamoto Project kalimba instruments, VCSL, and VSCO 2 Community Edition. They provide file processing and audio playback on your device; they are not services that collect or transmit user information. Their notices are available in Settings > Licenses.
6. Storage and security
Scores, arrangements, and library information are stored in the app’s container. The original files you import are not modified. Project storage validates files and uses replacement procedures intended to reduce corruption or incomplete writes.
Kalimo does not provide its own cloud synchronization between devices. Depending on your device settings, app data may be included in operating-system backups. Security also depends on your device, operating system, backup provider, file provider, and their settings. Keep important source scores in a safe location outside the app as well.
7. Deletion
- Deleting a song removes its app-owned source copy, arrangement, recordings, and song information from local app storage.
- Deleting a collection does not delete its songs; they return to Unfiled.
- Uninstalling the app normally removes its local app data. Files you exported to Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, or another destination are not deleted.
Kalimo does not create an app account or keep your library on a developer server, so there is no server-side app-account deletion procedure.
8. Children’s privacy
The app does not provide features intended to collect personal information from children. It has no public user-content sharing, chat, advertising, or external song catalog. The additional-instrument catalog provides instrument sounds. Users or guardians are responsible for the content and permissions of imported scores.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when features, laws, or distribution conditions change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on its distribution pages.
