本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、qursorが提供するKalimo（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、ユーザーが選択した MusicXML、MXL、XML、MIDI 等の楽譜をカリンバ向けに編曲し、再生、画面演奏、編集、録音、ミックスするためのツールです。通常の楽曲処理は端末内で行われ、編曲した曲はアプリ内ライブラリへ保存されます。
本アプリの対象年齢は App Store 上の表示に従います。未成年者は、必要に応じて保護者の同意と管理のもとで利用してください。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。ユーザーは、自身の端末と書き出したファイルを適切に管理する責任を負います。
ユーザーは、本アプリへ読み込む楽譜について、複製、変換、編曲、保存、演奏その他の利用に必要な権利または許可を有している範囲で利用してください。
本アプリは、音域、同時打鍵、親指の移動、連打、グリッサンド等を考慮して編曲と検証を行います。ただし、楽曲、テンポ、楽器の個体差、演奏者の技能や身体的条件により、結果の自然さ、原曲再現性、難易度、演奏可能性は異なります。
編曲結果は専門家による個別の編曲、音楽教育、演奏指導を代替するものではありません。再生音、ノーツ表示、メトロノームは練習の補助であり、完全な同期、音程、音色、演奏成果を保証しません。
無理な速度や姿勢での反復練習を避け、痛みや違和感がある場合は使用を中止してください。イヤホン、ヘッドホン、スピーカーは安全な音量で使用してください。
本アプリは、読み込んだ原譜のアプリ所有コピー、編曲、録音、ミックス設定を端末内に保存します。「原譜を書き出す」は、読み込み時に保持した原譜のコピーを書き出す機能です。編曲したMIDI、MusicXML、MXLまたは音声の書き出しは、画面に表示される別の操作と利用条件に従います。
端末故障、OSやファイルプロバイダの不具合、容量不足、誤操作、アプリ削除等によりデータが失われる可能性があります。重要な原譜と必要な書き出しファイルは本アプリ以外にも保管してください。MIDI、楽譜、音声の書き出しは、編集履歴やミックス設定を含む完全なプロジェクトバックアップではありません。
本アプリは、無料機能とKalimo Studioサブスクリプションを提供します。広告と買い切りの永久ライセンスはありません。
契約の失効、取消し、請求猶予の終了後も、既存のStudio曲を自動削除しません。閲覧、再生、削除、マルチパートMIDIによる救出は利用できますが、Studio専用の編集、録音、新たな追加音源の取得・選択、高度な書き出しには有効な契約が必要です。既存曲の再生には、その曲で使用した音源が端末内に正常に保持されている必要があります。音源が失われた場合に、別の音源へ自動置換することはありません。
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
品質改善、セキュリティ、法令、権利処理、App Store の要件、OSや外部仕様の変更等により、本アプリの全部または一部を変更、制限、停止する場合があります。
対応形式であっても、破損したファイル、極端に大きいファイル、未対応の記譜・演奏情報を含むファイルは読み込めない場合があります。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者は、法律で認められる範囲において、以下を保証しません。
法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能、楽譜・編曲の利用、データの消失、演奏その他に起因する間接的、偶発的、特別または結果的損害について責任を負いません。故意・重過失による責任など適用法により制限できない責任は、この限りではありません。本規約は、消費者保護法令により認められる権利を制限するものではありません。
機能、法令、配布条件の変更に応じて、本規約を更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、アプリ内または配布ページで案内します。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関連する紛争については、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、開発者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
本アプリは Apple App Store を通じて配布されます。カスタム EULA が別途設定されない限り、Apple の標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約も適用されます。

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of Kalimo (the “app”), provided by qursor. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Kalimo arranges scores you select, including MusicXML, MXL, XML, and MIDI, for kalimba and provides playback, on-screen performance, editing, recording, and mixing. Ordinary music processing takes place on your device, and saved arrangements are held in the app’s library.
The app’s age rating is shown on the App Store. Minors should use the app with a parent’s or guardian’s consent and supervision where required.
No app account is required. You are responsible for managing your device and exported files appropriately.
Use imported scores only to the extent that you have the rights or permission needed to copy, convert, arrange, save, perform, or otherwise use them.
Arrangement and validation consider pitch range, simultaneous notes, thumb movement, repeated attacks, and glissandos. Naturalness, fidelity, difficulty, and playability still vary with the music, tempo, instrument, and the performer’s skill and physical circumstances.
Results do not replace individual professional arranging, music education, or instruction. Audio, note displays, and the metronome are practice aids; perfect synchronization, pitch, timbre, or performance outcomes are not guaranteed.
Avoid excessive speed or uncomfortable posture, and stop if you experience pain or discomfort. Use headphones and speakers at a safe volume.
The app stores its own copies of imported scores, arrangements, recordings, and mix settings on your device. Export Original Score exports the source-file copy retained at import. Exporting arranged MIDI, MusicXML, MXL, or audio uses separate actions and access conditions shown in the app.
Device failure, operating-system or file-provider errors, insufficient space, accidental actions, or app deletion may cause data loss. Keep important source scores and necessary exports outside the app. MIDI, score, and audio exports are not complete project backups containing edit history and mix settings.
Kalimo provides free features and the Kalimo Studio subscription. It does not include advertising or a one-time perpetual license.
Expiry, revocation, or the end of billing grace does not automatically delete existing Studio songs. Viewing, playback, deletion, and multipart MIDI recovery remain available. Studio-only editing, recording, new downloads or selection of additional instruments, and advanced exports require active access. Existing-song playback requires that the exact instruments used by the song remain intact on your device. Missing instruments are not silently replaced with other sounds.
You must not:
Features may be changed, restricted, or discontinued for quality, security, legal, licensing, App Store, operating-system, or external-compatibility reasons.
Even a nominally supported format may fail to import if the file is damaged, excessively large, or contains unsupported notation or performance information.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, successful import or expected arrangement of every score, complete fidelity or playability for every performer, perfect audio/display/timing/export in every environment, or permanent data preservation.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the app, scores, arrangements, performance, or data loss. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Nothing in these Terms restricts your mandatory rights under consumer-protection law.
These Terms may be updated when features, laws, or distribution conditions change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on its distribution pages.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, at first instance, of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the developer’s location.
Kalimo is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless a separate custom EULA is configured, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
